High intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.


Crossfit gymnastics.

This class focuses on one gymnastic skill at a time, allowing you to develop the strength, flexibility and motor patterns needed to be successful. The sessions are based around body-weight movements and are scalable to any ability.


Whether you’re looking to get your first toes to bar or muscle up, or improve your ‘Amanda’ or ‘Fran’ time, this class will help you to get there!

Weight Lifting CLUb.

Our Weight Lifting Club are specific, dedicated sessions based purely on Olympic Weight Lifting.

From day one Olympic Weight Lifting and CrossFit have been heavily interlinked. Don't be fooled this is not just throwing weights in the air, it takes years to master and the attention detail is a huge part of the sport. The fun and sense of achievement are found in the journey and we will be with you every step of the way.


Weight Lifting Club is for anyone new to the sport that wants delve into the world of Olympic Weight Lifting or for anyone who already has the love of the barbell that wants to spend some quality time working on aspects of their own lifting. 


Our sessions are coached by two British Weight Lifting Level 1 coaches (male and female) and we run them every Tuesday & Thursday evening at 7.30pm.


The sessions will focus on mobility, flexibility and technique, all of which will improve your lifting no end.

CrossFit Kids & Teens


CrossFit Beginner 1-2-1 is an individual session arranged to suit you and wiill introduce you to the basic movements and ethos of CrossFit.


We understand that everyone learns at a different pace and comes to us with different backgrounds in fitness. Maybe you’re totally new to fitness, or have some experience in strength and weightlifting, or you may be a marathon runner who have never touched a weight. Whatever your background we will guide you through the process and develop you in structured way. 


If you're an experienced CrossFitter then get in touch as we can then get you started without the need for this session.
