CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone—people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

 

High intensity interval training, CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.

CALISTHENICS CLUb.

CBE are the only CrossFit box offering a Calisthenics Club in Bristol! Taking the skill and strength of calisthenics and setting it in a CrossFit environment - the upshot: transferable skills and developed strength that will assist you in progressing with your total body conditioning,

 

We now run 2 Calisthenics focussed sessions every week and offer a dedicated Calisthenics membership - Our classes are delivered by W.C.O. qualified coaches including a W.C.O. Calisthenics Elite Level coach!

 

Our Monday class focuses on the pulling elements of Calisthenics so if you're looking for your first pull up, muscle up or just improving your technique then this is for you.

 

Our Thursday class focuses on the static elements of Calisthenics so from beginner to advanced level for handstands, human flags, front & back levers and planche then this class will provide the progression you need to achieve your goals.

Weight Lifting CLUb.

Our Weight Lifting Club are specific, dedicated sessions based purely on Olympic Weight Lifting.

From day one Olympic Weight Lifting and CrossFit have been heavily interlinked. Don't be fooled this is not just throwing weights in the air, it takes years to master and the attention detail is a huge part of the sport. The fun and sense of achievement are found in the journey and we will be with you every step of the way.

 

Weight Lifting Club is for anyone new to the sport that wants delve into the world of Olympic Weight Lifting or for anyone who already has the love of the barbell that wants to spend some quality time working on aspects of their own lifting. 

 

Our sessions are coached by two British Weight Lifting Level 1 coaches (male and female) and we run them every Tuesday & Thursday evening at 7.30pm.

 

The sessions will focus on mobility, flexibility and technique, all of which will improve your lifting no end.   

Weight Ball

Burn.

High intensity body conditioning work out. Hour long guided group exercise class, children welcome to come along and wait (in the same room)

while you work out. You can expect; fun, hard work, small group PT style classes, suitable for any ability.

Personal Training sessions are available in small group or on a individual basis. 

Our trainers have specialise in all aspects of CrossFit so can dedicate a unique work out plan for your personal training session.

Our box is available to hire for Personal Training, Spin, Yoga or indeed any class or individual based exercise programmes.

Crossfit Kids.

Fun and entertaining sessions coached by CrossFit Kids certified coaches. Mentally and physically challenging to 

 

Improve strength, flexibility & balance, good form and technique, develops social skills & make new friends.

Crossfit BEGINNERS.

CrossFit Beginners is a 4 week course to introduce you to the basic movements and ethos of CrossFit.

 

We understand that everyone learns at a different pace and comes to us with different backgrounds in fitness. Maybe you’re totally new to fitness, or have some experience in strength and weightlifting, or you may be a marathon runner who have never touched a weight. Whatever your background we will guide you through the process and develop you in structured way. 

 

These sessions are held on Friday at 17:30 and Saturday at 10:00. Once you are comfortable and confident you can move on to the main class schedule.
