CBE welcomes any fitness level, any ability and anybody that is willing to put the effort in. All class programming is completed by us for you in a progressive manner so that you can leave the thinking behind how you get you fitter, stronger, leaner and more flexible to us.

Lee has a lifetime dedicated to competitive sport, combined with a passion for training and a healthy lifestyle. This began with playing county Rugby throughout school then progressing to Football at university. More recently converting to endurance events including cycling road racing, marathon running and the completion of 2 Ironman triathlons, along with many other long distance events.
As co-owner and coach at CBE Lee brings a wealth of experience from all aspects of sport and will assist you in reaching your goals and peak performance.
Lee is available for PT sessions in small group or individual basis please contact Lee@crossfitbseast.com for more details. Whilst Lee can teach and coach all aspects of CrossFit he specialises in body weight workouts and calisthenics along with endurance training.
Lee is a qualified Level 1 CrossFit trainer and also StreetSport Calisthenics Level 1/2 Certified.
Hannah is our head coach here at CBE, she loves all things CrossFit and weightlifting and is always around for you to pick her coaching brain!
Hannah is a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 CrossFit Coach & Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting Coach. With her coaching experience and ever growing knowledge in all things fitness, Hannah can help you develop your tech and reach your personal goals!
